Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location, right by the Balcon de Europa, with stunning ocean views. The rooms were cozy and always peaceful, making for a relaxing stay. The only minor downsides were the slightly worn-out bed and decor.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely, overlooking the sea, but some lacked daylight and fresh air. The service was generally pleasant, yet a bit slow at times. The location was excellent with a great sea view, but could benefit from more management attention. The dining options varied in quality, with some areas excellent and others not up to par. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The hotel is well-located in the heart of town with beautiful views, right on the beach which was superb. The rooms were attractive and comfortable, but being close to an Irish pub and terrace with live music could be problematic for light sleepers. The service was friendly and efficient but somewhat unconcerned about our concerns. The dining options were good but had some room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with a few hiccups.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and had a good view, although the noise from the next door room and the street was a bit distracting. The two complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who even moved our luggage to the new room while we were out. The location was perfect, right by the beach and easy to walk around town. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor inconveniences.
The hotel had a good size room with a picturesque sea view, though it was noisy from neighboring rooms and street noise, especially due to its location under the snack bar/restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, but a bit too quick when collecting plates. The location was amazing with direct access to the beach and an abundance of cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was super excellent with a great variety, especially impressive considering the price.
The hotel's location is ideal, right in the heart of Nerja overlooking the beach. The rooms, although close to a lively pub and terrace, were comfortable, but noise from the surrounding activities could be disturbing. The service was friendly and welcoming, especially during breakfast time. The dining options were good, with a variety of choices improving over time. The facilities were well-equipped, but there were some inconveniences, such as the noisy surroundings and the need to exchange cards for beach towels in the rooms.
